Location: The competition is open to residents of mainland Scotland and England only.
Age Restriction: Entrants and attendees must be aged 18 or over.
Maximum Capacity: The prize is for the winner and up to 9 guests (maximum of 10 people in total, including the winner).

Prize Definition: The prize consists of a 3-course meal with paired wines/drinks, tablescaping, florals, and stationery, hosted in the winner's home.
Guest Count Restrictions: The final guest count must be confirmed 1 month before the agreed-upon dinner date.
Strict Scaling Rule: If the winner chooses to host a smaller group (e.g., 4 people), the prize value strictly applies to 4 people. The remaining budget/cost difference cannot be redeemed for cash, credited, or rolled over to a future event.

Existing Furniture: The winner’s home must already have the necessary baseline furniture (e.g., a dining table and sufficient seating/chairs for the confirmed number of guests).
Space Adequate for Guests: The dining and entertainment space must be large enough to comfortably and safely accommodate the host, the guests, and the event staff.
Functioning Kitchen: The home must feature a fully functioning, clean, and safe kitchen with working utilities (electricity, hot/cold running water, gas/oven, and hob).
Menu Limitations: The final 3-course menu will be determined entirely at the discretion of YourScene and the catering company. The complexity and style of the menu will be strictly dictated by the size, layout, and appliance capabilities of the winner’s kitchen.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: The home and kitchen must be presented in a clean, hygienic, and tidy condition for our team to work safely.

Random Draw & Vetting: The winner will be drawn at random. However, YourScene reserves the right to conduct a vetting process (which may include social media vetting, a video call, or photo submission of the space) before final confirmation.
Right of Refusal: YourScene reserves the right to disqualify a winner or cancel the event if health and safety standards are not met, or if the property is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for staff.
Access: The winner must grant confirmed, unrestricted access to the property for the YourScene team and partners on the agreed-upon date for setup, service, and pack-down.

Application Deadline: The competition closes for entries on Friday, 21st August 2026.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on September 21, 2026. This timeframe allows adequate time for the vetting process noted in Section 4.

Mutual Agreement: The event date must be mutually agreed upon between the winner and YourScene, subject to the availability of the event team and caterers.
Redemption Window: The prize must be redeemed and the event hosted within one calendar year from the date of the winner's acceptance. If a date cannot be agreed upon within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
Blackout Dates: The prize cannot be redeemed on major UK bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year's Day.

On-Site Media: Photography and videography will be taken on the premises throughout the preparation, setup, and duration of the event.
Usage Rights: By accepting the prize, the winner and their guests grant YourScene and all suppliers perpetual, royalty-free permission to use all captured photo and video content across all print, digital, and social media platforms for marketing purposes.

Allergies & Dietary Needs: All dietary requirements and severe allergies must be communicated to YourScene at least 20 days prior to the event. While the caterers will try to accommodate, YourScene cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Partner Terms: The winner agrees to comply with any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the catering partners.
