From YOURGB to YourScene

But fifteen years later, the business has grown into something far bigger than me.
Bigger than me in terms of headcount, yes, but also in terms of passion, diversity of thinking, expertise and ambition.
Today, we're a team of seventeen incredibly talented creatives, producers, strategists and technical specialists, delivering immersive experiences across the UK and all over the world.
We've grown from a one-person business into a £3 million experiential design and production collective, working with brands including Penguin Books, Disney+, Helly Hansen, Sony Music, Netflix, TSB, William Grant & Sons, NBCUniversal Television, Johnson & Johnson and many more.

And while I'm incredibly proud of everything the name YOURGB represents, and eternally grateful for everything it has helped us build, it has started to feel like it's telling the story of where we've been, rather than where we're going.
That's why we're becoming YourScene.
For me, this isn't about leaving something behind. It's about recognising what the business has become.
The best part of the last fifteen years hasn't been the growth, the awards or the milestones. It's been the people. The brilliant team we've built, our culture, the clients who've trusted us, the partners who've supported us and the experiences we've created together.
I've always loved the journey more than the destination, and I've never been someone who fears change. In fact, I usually get quite excited by it. This feels like a natural evolution of everything we've been building towards, and I genuinely can't wait to see where it takes us.
YourScene captures who we are today: a collective of people who care deeply about creating experiences that bring people together, make them feel something and leave a lasting impression.
Why YourScene? The word "Scene" felt right from the moment we started talking about it.
Partly because it reflects the world we work in. Designing environments, styling experiences and moments that people can step into and become part of.
But also because the experiences that stay with us are the ones that make us stop and take notice. The ones that create connection. The ones that spark emotion. The ones people remember long after they've ended.
In other words, the ones that make a scene.
The events industry has changed enormously since 2011, but one thing remains true: people crave connection.
In a world where so much happens through screens, the most powerful brands are creating experiences that people can step into, be part of and genuinely feel. We're seeing that shift every day, and it's exactly why we're so passionate about what we do.
We've built our reputation on combining creativity with exceptional delivery, and that's not changing. Neither are the values that have guided us for the last fifteen years.
What is changing is how we communicate. How we talk about ourselves - a little less apologetic, a little more confident, and a little more proud of what we've built together.
We're continuing to grow our team across the UK as we push to win more work internationally. We're expanding further into luxury experiences and experiential design. We're investing in the people, creativity and capabilities that will help us design even more meaningful experiences for our clients and their audiences.
This feels less like a rebrand and more like the start of our next chapter.
The same people.
The same values.
The same belief in the power of bringing people together.
Just a name that better reflects who we are today - and where we're heading next.
