International day of charity: YourScene’s Commitment to giving

B1G1 is essentially a philosophy centred around creating a world where every business transaction results in a positive impact – “Buy One Give One”.  

Over the past year, YourScene has supported a multitude of charities, our contributions have benefited organisations such as Charity Water, Choose Love, Earth in Common, Empty Kitchens, Glasgow Children’s Hospital, Hearts & Balls, Just a Drop, Social Bite, CHAS, Trees for Life, UNICEF, and Venture Scotland.

Here are highlights of some of the charities we have supported:

  • Choose Love: We have contributed to providing medical supplies, shelter, food, and blankets to refugees worldwide.
  • Charity Water: Our donation has helped provide clean drinking water to 11 people in developing nations.
  • Earth in Common: Our support has enabled the organisation to address climate change and food system issues through various initiatives.
  • Empty Kitchens: Our donation has helped feed a family of three for three weeks.
  • Glasgow Children’s Hospital: We have contributed to providing 1-on-1 play sessions for young patients.

We are also proud to support Children Hospices Across Scotland by supporting them with the delivery of their gala fundraising event, The Rocking Horse Ball which in 2024 raised over £90,000.00. 

We believe in the power of kindness and giving back, and don’t just take our word for it. Numerous studies have shown that helping others can have significant benefits for both mental and physical well-being. Acts of charity can boost mood, increase feelings of pleasure, and foster a sense of connection with others.

At YourScene we acknowledge that we are fortunate to be in the business of creating exceptional experiences for brands, companies and people across the world. We choose to use this privilege to pay it forward and support charities that we know are making incredible things happen for those that need it most.
