Delivering a live fashion show is about far more than what the audience sees on the runway. Every model entrance, lighting transition, soundtrack cue and backstage quick change relies on meticulous planning and absolute precision behind the scenes.
Working alongside Really Wild and The King's Trust, YourScene produced the live runway experience from end to end. Our team coordinated every rehearsal, technical cue, presenter transition and model movement, creating a calm, highly organised backstage environment that allowed the collection - and the cause - to take centre stage.

Behind the scenes, our production, stage management and wardrobe teams worked seamlessly alongside Catalyst, the Really Wild styling team and Watches of Switzerland to coordinate 45 runway looks, rapid outfit changes, presenter movements, Roberto Coin jewellery changes and live technical cues, ensuring every element remained perfectly synchronised throughout the performance.
From producing and showcalling the event to managing backstage operations, model line-ups, dressing teams and hair and make-up coordination, YourScene worked as an extension of the client team to deliver a seamless live experience. The result was an elegant runway show that celebrated British craftsmanship, raised vital funds for The King's Trust and allowed guests to focus entirely on the fashion, the performances and the purpose behind the event.
