Ooni Global Event
The celebration began with Ooni’s first-ever global company conference at the EICC, bringing together employees from across multiple continents for a day of inspiration, connection and collaboration. YourScene developed a bespoke event identity that unified the entire experience, extending across event branding, guest communications and a dedicated registration platform designed to manage attendees travelling from around the world.
From carefully curated guest speakers and immersive stage design to surprise opera performances, branded goodie bags and exceptional hospitality, every detail was designed to create an engaging and memorable conference experience. The result was a day that celebrated not only Ooni’s achievements over the previous decade, but the people who helped build them.

The celebrations culminated at the National Museum of Scotland, where guests gathered for an unforgettable evening of awards, entertainment and celebration.
Alongside vintage arcade games, immersive guest experiences and a classic photo booth, the evening featured a high-energy New Orleans-style brass ceilidh band and live DJ, ensuring the dance floor remained full throughout the night.
It was a seamless two-day celebration that united Ooni’s global team, honoured a remarkable milestone and created lasting memories for every employee who travelled to be part of the occasion.
