YourScene was appointed to oversee key aspects of the operational delivery of the event, managing the guest experience from venue preparation and room set-up through to guest arrivals, VIP hospitality and talent management. Working alongside event stakeholders, the team’s coordination impacted on the movement and experience of thousands of attendees, ensuring every detail was delivered seamlessly across one of the UK's most complex and high-profile business events.
A key part of the project involved the management and coordination of an exceptional roster of headline guests and speakers, including international actor George Clooney, humanitarian and musician Sir Bob Geldof, comedian and presenter Rob Brydon, and Scottish actress and broadcaster Elaine C. Smith. From hotel management to backstage coordination and speaker scheduling, YourScene ensured every VIP received a flawless experience throughout the event.

Supporting Social Bite's mission to tackle homelessness, the event raised more than £2 million while delivering an exceptional guest experience for nearly 2,000 attendees. Through seamless logistics, VIP management and operational delivery, YourScene helped bring one of the UK's most prestigious business events to life.
